Russian Stim
The Russian Muscle Stimulator is similar to EMS but uses a higher frequency of 2500 Hz compared to a regular EMS device. This allows for deeper, stronger but less painful contraction of muscle fibers. Kit includes a package of electrodes (4/pack), an AC-DC adapter, a 9V battery with a carrying pouch and user’s manual belt clip.
